Find your intern

Post your internship or apprenticeship listing, receive student applications, and chat with them in one place. Posting a listing is free.

Why post on COLLABme

1

Verified student profiles

A school certificate or a code sent to the school email address verifies the student facet. The badge is visible on the candidate’s profile.

2

Matching by skills

Skills are read from the European ESCO framework, then AI refines the matches for better accuracy. It’s not just a keyword search.

3

Schools in the loop

A teacher can instantly share your listing with the students they mentor in a cohort.

4

Applications and messaging in one place

Students apply directly from your listing, and you chat with them in the built-in messaging system.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to post a listing?

Nothing: posting an internship listing and receiving applications is free.

Who can apply to my listing?

Students registered on COLLABme. Those whose school has issued a certificate, or who have confirmed their school email address, carry a verified badge.

What if the candidate is underage?

A minor profile can only apply after their guardian’s consent, collected via a confirmation link. You won’t receive their application without this approval.

Can you help us write the listing?

That is what the Founding Companies programme is for: we prepare your first internship listing with you and put it in front of students from the pilot schools.
